Looking for a great 10' 6wt fly rod outfit without breaking the bank? Then look no further! The 6100-4 Loop Q series rod paired with a Fly Lab Stillwater reel is the outfit for you! The reel has four cassette spools in total - one set up with a 6wt WF floating line, backing and leader. Then choose your other lines to suit.
This is the perfect budget 10-foot combo for any fisher looking to get into loch-style fishing or any other forms of fly fishing where a 10ft rod is advantageous, particularly from a boat. Whether you are a beginner or been fishing for many years this rod is suitable for everyone. You will not find a 10ft rod and reel combo of this quality with spare cassettes at a better price!
Not only is it a budget outfit, in comparison to the higher end rods, it casts like a dream. Personally, I find most budget 10ft 6wt rods to be a heavy thing to cast all day, especially when fishing a team of wets. However, this rod exceeded my expectations greatly! It casts really well at short or long distances, with or without a team of flies.
