10' rods are the 'go to' rod for those that fish from a boat. The extra length over a 9' rod gives better control and lifting line off the water. They also handle a team of wet or dry flies better and will really punch a long line into the wind. However if you want to launch a big cast across a river this will do that too. And the extra length gives you better control when mending the line.
This rod has a small extended butt, has a matt finish to reduce rod flash and comes in a robust cordura tube. It has 10 guides, plus tip, which you normally only find on more expensive rods. We also have spare parts for these so you will be back on the water quickly if the dog eats it or car door crunches it.
