Designed by World champion fly caster Steve Rajeff, the Asquith is fast and powerful but with such a low swing weight, that's hard to comprehend.
The Asquith uses G Loomis Spiral X technology, which means that the blank is essentially spineless, aiding in the tracking. The spiral rolls from the bottom to the top and then back down again, reducing weight but creating exceptional strength. These blanks are of the highest quality, expertly rolled in Kumamoto, Japan for G.Looms exclusively. And as you would expect, the fit, build quality and finish is second to none and the components are top of the line.
The new black reel seat has a very cool looking sleek hood design which seamlessly blends into the cork at an angle. Worth the price of admission alone!
