High N Dry is made up of people who love fly-fishing and the outdoors. We also have a great respect for our natural world.
Founding members, Vince, Dennis, and Ken, had know each other for years, but worked for different companies that competed against each other. They were brought together each year by a mutual supplier to fly fish in Montana. It was the sport of fly-fishing brought them together and led to them becoming great friends. Thus, High N Dry Fishing Products was born.
Two of our founding team were brilliant professional chemists with inquisitive minds and over 100 U.S. patents. The team has developed the most advanced, highest performing, solvent free products available. We take great pride in the quality of the materials we used and our approach has always been focused on making sure our products perform better than all the others.

Gel Floatant
Gel floatant was designed with special and unique materials, and is specifically for those fly-fishers that prefer to dress their flies with their fingers. This floatant works well on all flies, including those tied with CDC materials. Our field and lab tests show it to be the best performing floatant available and it is not flammable, it contains no organic solvents, 100% solids and is environmentally friendly.
Liquid Floatant
Liquid floatant is the perfect floatant for those fly-fishers that prefer to dip their fly into a container. This method of application is fast and allows the fly to be completely covered with a barrier that keeps moisture out. It works well on flies tied with all types of materials and is especially effective to float large Stimulators and Hoppers tied with foam. Our field and lab tests show it to be the best performing floatant available and it is not flammable and it contains no organic solvents, 100% solids and is environmentally friendly.
Powdered Floatant & Desiccant
Powdered floatant and desiccant was designed to compliment the Gel and Liquid floatants. Eventually your flies will become water-logged, or slimed by a great fish. This product is terrific for those fly-fishers that prefer a shake and dry floatant, but can also be used to revive that drowned fly and then refloated with our Gel or Liquid Floatants. Our field and lab tests show it to be the best performing floatant available and it is not flammable and it contains no organic solvents, 100% solids and is environmentally friendly.
Powdered Floatant with Applicator Brush
This amazing floatant delivers a very fine and even coating of water repelling particles to the dry fly. The coating is so fine it is almost invisible! The floatant also helps trap air and improve buoyancy so it is useful for both dry flies and nymphs. Our advanced formula utilizes nanoparticle technology in conjunction with hydrophobic (water hating) chemistry for unrivaled waterproofing performance.
