Glass is supposed to be slow and unresponsive. But the new generation fibreglass rods are powerful and forgiving. These bend a lot and are perfect for kayak and areas where an expensive rod is put at risk. They are also a great saltwater rod for estuaries.  

3 piece 8 foot rod packs down to a handy size and the purple/blue colour is a pleasant change to boring black. We have found the best line on this rod is a weight forward 6 wt.
